Training for Post Graduate students
In order to develop a roll of trained students and interest in high-end research, CSIR-NBRI offers training and dissertations to students of postgraduate courses of different universities from all across India. Training is offered in the following disciplines: Life Sciences, Botany, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Environmental Sciences, Pharmacology, Phytochemistry, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, Floriculture, Horticulture, Tissue Culture, and Management/MBA.
For considering students for training, they are required to submit an application, a recommendation letter from their university or college, and biodata along with marks from high school to graduation to the address mentioned below.
Training is offered for 3 months and 4 to 6 months duration. At present, the fee structure for 3 months is INR 12,000/- + GST as applicable at that time and for 4 to 6 months INR 24,000/- + GST as applicable at that time. In the past three years, the institute has imparted training to more than 250 students.
